Corporate & Fundraising Process
1. Contact us (by phone, email or the info request form on this site) and set up your initial consultation.
2. Meet with us in person, by phone or virtually for an initial consultation. At this time we will work through your rough draft timeline, determine your needs and provide you with a quote.
3. When you feel like its time to move forward, we will send you login info to your personal client portal. Here you can see timeline notes, review contract, request songs and make payments.
4. Paying the 50% deposit and signing the contract locks in your Corporate and Fundraising dates. We will provide an open communication to answer any questions and access to needed resources.
5. The final planning meeting... takes place within 1 month of the event. This is to finalize the event details.
6. The event day arrives and you can rest assured the DSM Dance Party DJs team has your back. It's time to have fun...
